NNC Services announced yesterday, the 23rd of June, the opening of a new office in Iasi. This office aims to be a market research and lead generation center of excellence that would fulfill the Bucharest office activities, focused mainly on strategy development, social media and customer support.

On a more personal note, the Iasi team is pretty happy with this arrangement, as now they can all communicate better. NNC Services has been developing a young team of B2B lead generation specialists in Iasi since 2008. As the team grew, it became obvious that a new business center needed to be opened in Iasi as well. Here’s what our colleagues there think of their new office:

I’m very happy to be a part of a wonderful team, with friendly and chatty people. I like the fact that now we can socialize, better discuss matters and have lunch with every day. It was obvious that we’re all pretty different. But without the opening of this new office in Iasi I wouldn’t have found out that: Vasile is a J. Lo fan, Mirela listens to Rammstein, Alexandra likes “anything but rock!”, George enjoys Wagner and minimal house, Catalin sings along to Ace of Base, Adina is more of a retro fan and Cristi dances on Beyonce. A few days ago, when I was “at work”, it was just me, my laptop and four walls. Now it’s me, my laptop, 4 walls and 4 girls! So the situation has definitely improved. Vasile Placinta, Demand Generation Specialist.

It’s actually a place where you don’t feel like you’re at work. If you add a a lively group of people to the image, you get a vacation destination. And I hope it stays like this. It’s great to have a higher purpose and to be part of a wander-full team of professionals. Heaving fun while working hard is something that the Iasi office has definitely managed to bring forth in our company culture.
